Who We Are
The Solana Foundation is dedicated to the adoption, decentralization, and security of the Solana network. Our mission is to help support and grow the Solana network and its community while driving mass adoption for blockchain. The Solana Foundation is working to realize a world where individuals own their data, use permissionless networks, and transfer information freely around the world.
Responsibilities
Increase adoption of Solana’s technology by working directly with our developer community, sourcing feedback and funneling insights back to the team to improve the overall experience for developers.
Synthesizing all existing developer content, uncovering gaps and making recommendations for improvements.
Building an industry standard educational program that can be taught both physically and virtually and replicated globally.
Working on mid-funnel efforts such as incubation, education and acceleration programs that can help take developers from idea to a full time company.

Speak at conferences playing a community-building role in the global developer ecosystem.
Requirements
3+ years professional technical experience in (or exposure to) one or more of the following: Rust, C, C++, Javascript / Node.js
3+ years of experience of being an educator in some form whether that be a university TA, content writing, educational tech, developer workshop educator, or similar
Located in NYC, or willing to relocate.
Experience with Solana related open source projects are a major bonus as well.
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and 3+ years of experience as a professional software developer or developer advocate.
