Sygnum is the world’s first regulated Digital Asset Bank, founded on Swiss and Singapore dual heritage, operating globally. We make digital assets bankable, secure and convenient, empowering our clients to invest in the digital asset economy with complete trust. For the first time with Sygnum, major currencies and digital assets, including Bitcoin, Ethereum and digital CHF and asset tokens are seamlessly integrated in one account.

Now we need your help to bring our vision one step closer to reality. What we are looking for is an experienced and enthusiastic full-stack engineer to join our team in Singapore. You will work on both external and internal facing applications and play a key role in taking Sygnum’s products to the next level.

Tasks

• Develop multi-tier highly scalable, performant, and reliable user-centric web applications
• Future proof and align solution with Sygnum’s long term development plan
• Work with engineers, product managers, designers, other stakeholders
• Code primarily with JavaScript, Typescript and Go

Requirements

Requirements

• Professional expertise in developing large scale systems and several years of experience with the following languages: Typescript, JavaScript, Java or Go
• Experienced in working collaboratively in agile scrum methodology
• Fast learner who enjoys working in a product team with the objective to bring value to stakeholders
• Knowledge of security and secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC)
• Effective communication skills, written and verbal

Nice to have

• Front-end React.js (Typescript)
• Back-end Node.js (Typescript)
• Go production-level software development experience
• Microservice based application development and deployment experience
• Implement the suitable database solution based on feature requirements
• Domain driven security expertise
• Finance and banking industry experience or exposure
• Strong interest in or knowledge of crypto currencies / blockchain / cryptography
