My client is a Web3-native start-up focused on acquiring and producing IP across the NFT ecosystem. They are seeking a dynamic and passionate Project Manager to foster meaningful connections, drive engagement, and cultivate a vibrant community within their ecosystem

The Role:

As the Project Manager for their strategic initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of their creative projects while maintaining operational excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and drive project execution that enhances their brand identity and community engagement.

Responsibilities:

● Actively engage with the Web3 and NFT community to stay up to date on industry trends and technologies.

● Collaborate with the internal team to build token utility, enhancing user engagement and incentivizing participation to meet project initiatives.

● Identify, scope, budget, and manage relationships with external agencies and technical development partners across the web3 ecosystem.

● Manage all aspects IRL activation logistics, ensuring exceptional event execution and resource alignment.

● Develop and monitor comprehensive project budgets.

● Monitor project timelines for on-time and on-budget completion.

● Oversee squad KPIs and track creative impact on strategic objectives.

● Implement efficient workflows for the creative team; identify and unblock bottlenecks for improved processes.

● Organize post-project reviews that proactively address challenges, needed refinements, and lessons learned to build operational excellence.

● Manage Shopify store for project merch; implement automated workflows for order processing, distribution, tracking, and communication.

● Identify strategic and creative opportunities to elevate the Metaversal brand.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree.

● 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in web3, blockchain, crypto, or NFTs, with knowledge of the major players within the field.

● Proven track record of successfully managing complex creative projects and campaigns.

● Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

● Proficient in project management software and tools such as Asana, Notion, and Trello.

● Ability to build frameworks and processes from scratch for a fast-paced, dynamic startup.

● Strong creative problem-solving abilities.

● Passion about understanding web3 culture and emerging technologies.
