What you’ll do 👀

• Help plan, deliver and manage disruptive, audience driven projects and campaigns that strengthen the brand and generate new MoonPay users.
• Identify project requirements, delivery timelines and costs.
• Act as lead for all growth projects and work closely with stakeholders and agencies to deliver.
• For brand partnerships, own the day-to-day account management.
• Provide best-in-class reporting of operating metrics and clear communication through dashboards, emails, and messages to the team and relevant stakeholders and provide recommendations for optimisation.
• Manage workload to effectively and consistently communicate plans, programs and results with stakeholders across the organization
• Coordinating execution of marketing programs and projects, including identifying roles and dependencies, managing timelines, and cross-functional planning and execution.
• Manage budgets and be accountable that campaigns delivered have clear ROI and metrics in place.
• Identifying and assigning project tasks based on the skill sets, experience and strengths of staff members

What we are looking for:

A hungry and passionate Project Manager who understands crypto and web3 and has experience in managing high budget projects and campaigns as well as clearly communicating with relevant stakeholders.

• 3+ years experience in a campaign/project management role
• Able to continually innovate, think strategically, be agile and orchestrate many moving parts
• Natural inclination to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities, strong project management skills
• A can-do attitude and a growth-mindset
• Extremely good organisational and communication skills
• Thrive on quick turnarounds and deadlines
• Experience driving programs and projects across cross-functional teams within an organisation
• Passionate about crypto and web3 is a must
• Knowledge in agile methodology
