About the People Operations team
The People Ops team at EF wants to create the best possible working conditions and facilitate work. Their mission is to help individuals have the most significant impact on the ecosystem.
People Ops' work occurs in two complementary axes: reactive and proactive. The reactive axis involves addressing sensitive situations and issues as they arise. The proactive axis consists of empowering and upskilling team leads, enabling them to manage their teams better and create the best possible working environment that aligns with EF's mission and values.
Your mission
The primary responsibilities of this role will be supporting the execution of the operational and administrative duties related to the People Ops and Hiring strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Support the administrative tasks related to the People Ops team's scope of work: onboardings and offboardings, feedback reviews, spin-off processes, and refinements of practices and policies, among others - with due respect for each teamâs unique nature and culture.
- Support hiring processes for multiple teams in collaboration with the hiring coordinator.
- Act as a first point of access for People Ops.
- Contribute to creating engaging remote employee experiences that strengthen connections and enhance company culture.
- Maintain utmost confidentiality and discretion when handling People Ops issues.

Required skills and experience:
- 1-2 years of work experience
- Experience working in creating, improving, and implementing HR systems, processes, policies, and strategies is a plus
- Familiarity with Ethereum, crypto, or blockchain is a plus
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English
