We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Recruitment Specialist (Web3) with a strong background in sourcing niche Web3 positions, technical recruitment, and administrative tasks to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in sourcing for both technical and non-technical Web3 roles, with minimal supervision. They should also have experience attending Web3 events and conferences, knowledge of trading and the Web3 space, and proficiency in data sorting and spreadsheet formulas. This role is a perfect fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent communication skills.

Web3 Recruitment:

  • Source candidates for niche Web3 positions, including technical and non-technical roles.
  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes with minimal supervision.
  • Leverage experience from Web3 events and conferences to identify top talent.
  • Utilize Boolean search techniques and other sourcing strategies to find high-quality candidates.
  • Engage with candidates to create a seamless and professional recruitment experience.

201 File and Document Management:

  • Organize and maintain 201 files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Handle document sorting, filing, and retrieval as needed.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Provide administrative support, including managing recruitment-related documentation and scheduling interviews.
  • Prepare reports and updates on recruitment progress and related documentation.

Job Posting and Engagement:

  • Develop and execute strategic job posting campaigns to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Engage with online Web3 communities, forums, and professional networks to enhance employer branding and visibility.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably for Web3 roles or technical positions.
  • Proven expertise in sourcing niche Web3 positions and attending Web3 events and conferences.
  • Strong knowledge of the trading and Web3 space.
  • Experience in data sorting, spreadsheet formulas, and attention to detail.
  • Proven expertise in Boolean search techniques.
  • Experience in sourcing and interviewing for both technical and non-technical Web3 roles with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
