What Youâll Do
- Manage 4â5 ongoing projects simultaneously
- Create and monitor project timelines and delivery milestones
- Coordinate developers, designers
- Run regular standups and sync meetings
- Track tasks and progress in project management tools
- Help prioritize work and structure sprints
Requirements
- Proven experience managing multiple tech projects in parallel
- Technical background â you understand how development works
- Hands-on experience with Web3 / crypto products
- Familiarity with Telegram bots, APIs, and product logic
