Our portfolio includes Getgems, the leading NFT marketplace on TON, games with over 10M+ active gamers, and numerous experiments that shaped our expertise.

While our core focus is Web3 development, we also venture into Web2 projects on Telegram’s Mini Apps and Bot platform.

Now we’re looking for a Content Manager to join our team and bring ideas to life through words.

Responsibilities:

• Write and edit content for Telegram channels, product announcements, collaborations, and more.
• Create engaging copy for marketing campaigns and social media.
• Work closely with the design and marketing teams to shape the brand’s voice and message.
• React to trends, news, and community signals with timely and relevant content.
• Help shape a consistent tone of voice across all channels.
• Write both short-form and long-form content — from captions to articles.

Requirements:

• Excellent command of written Russian.
• English at B2 level or higher — you can confidently read, understand, and work with English-language content and materials.
• Strong creative instinct and content sensibility.
• 2–3+ years of experience in copywriting or content management (preferably in digital, tech, or Web3-related fields).
• Confident use of tools like ChatGPT and other AI assistants for brainstorming, drafting, and research.
• Ability to manage your time, structure your tasks, and meet deadlines reliably.
• Clear communication and an ability to present ideas with structure and purpose.
• You’re comfortable making complex topics feel approachable and easy to understand.
