What You'll Do:


As our Head of Business Development, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales and partnership initiatives.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Spearheading the sales and partnership processes, working autonomously to identify opportunities and cultivate relationships.
  • Crafting and refining marketing strategies and messaging to resonate with our target audience.
  • Establishing the foundations for long-term success by implementing highly structured processes and workflows.
  • Setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and drive results.

We're seeking a proactive and organized individual with a deep understanding of the crypto market.


Key qualifications include:


  • Experience in a similar role within the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry, with a track record of success.
  • Existing contacts and network, particularly with high-level executives in crypto companies, L2s, and LSDs.
  • Comfortable engaging with CTOs, CEOs, and Founders to foster strategic partnerships and drive business growth.
  • Crypto-native with technical literacy and a comprehensive understanding of market trends and dynamics.
