About the position

The Operations Specialist is an experienced Operations professional that works with senior management to help improve workflow and day-to-day operations within the Services organization, particularly around service sales, scoping, and Change Request/SOW creation. This resource will join our fast-growing Professional Services team to act as a focal point for service sales inquiries and will work cross-functionally within Keyfactor to ensure the creation of accurate SOWs and Service SKUs. This resource will also develop and promote operational processes and procedures worldwide that expediate the sales cycle and drive increased revenue for the Keyfactor PS Team.

Applicants must be living in the UK and hold a valid Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Own development of Statement of Works for partners and customers by working with various internal teams (Sales, Tech Sales, Finance, Legal, Professional Services, etc.)
  • Collect End-Customer requirements and draft Level of Effort estimates
  • Review and provide feedback on MSAs/T&Cs/RFPs/etc on behalf of the Professional Services team
  • Partner w/ Sales to develop SOWs for opportunities in the pipeline
  • Partner w/ Product to build deployment strategy and standard SKU/SOW for new products
  • Review scope with potential customers and field questions regarding service methodology and delivery best practices
  • Develop processes and procedures to allow hyper-growth
  • Analyze delivery services data for trends and ways to improve sales workflows and scoping processes

Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluent English speaker
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to lead and influence team members
  • Strong understanding of technology such as software, networking, and system development
  • Experience managing/interacting with 3rd party reseller/service providers/partners
  • Preferred: Working knowledge of Professional Services Automation tools, Salesforce, OpenAir, NetSuite, SmartSheet, MS Project, Office365, etc.
  • Preferred: Previous experience with project scoping, contract/SOW writing, and management/coordinator for professional services program
  • Preferred: bi-lingual or tri-lingual in either French or German

Compensation

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
