We are looking for an Ecosystem Growth Lead that will spearhead our Exchange Partnerships & Wallets initiatives. This role will be an integral part in leading the charge by helping Ava Labs with more exchanges and wallets in order to better serve the Avalanche Ecosystem. WHAT YOU WILL DO

Manage existing exchange relationships, monitor key liquidity and volume metrics, and collaborate both with external partners and internally with marketing to increase awareness Create new exchange partnerships and listings Represent ecosystem projects and native assets—be an ambassador for the ecosystem with existing and new exchange partners Manage existing wallet partnerships, identify and partner with new and emerging wallets to drive users Collaborate with Product to inform creative product offerings geared at supporting current and new wallet integrations Analyze existing market data on exchanges and provide data and metrics to key stakeholders Attend global conferences and coordinate partnership meetings Ensure that product and sales materials are always updated and focused for the applicable presentation, conference, or opportunity

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Bachelor's Degree or higher 8+ years of experience with a trading or finance preferred Strong understanding of how exchanges operate Previous experience with an exchange, wallet, or digital asset project Experience analyzing and assessing market data In depth knowledge of crypto and exchange regulation—KYC/AML, compliance, and technical background Detail oriented Great written/verbal communication Product management/development experience preferred

Salary Range: $159,197 to $198,996 (**This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.)
