Job Description:

They are looking for a skilled Social Media Specialist to spearhead the building, engagement, and management of both new and existing social media communities. Your role will involve creating and curating compelling content, posting it across various social media platforms, and effectively managing a content calendar. Engaging with their customers and stakeholders on these platforms will also be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities.

In this hands-on execution role, you must possess expert-level knowledge of social and digital media strategy, developing innovative strategies that align with our business needs and objectives. Nurturing positive relationships with key stakeholders, influencers in Web3, and their internal community will be integral to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging content and campaigns for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Discord, and more.
• Collaborate with social, account strategy, and communication teams to devise effective strategies.
• Monitor and respond to social media interactions, including comments, direct messages, and stories.
• Analyze and document the success and impact of social media efforts, reporting key findings to assigned leadership promptly.
• Utilize project management software to facilitate smooth communication and updates within the social media process.
• Build and maintain a network of influencers and creators on a daily basis.
• Stay updated on trends in gaming, crypto, web3, DeFi, and NFTs to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our industry.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and community engagement for gaming, crypto, web3, DeFi, or NFT-related ventures.
• Demonstrated expertise in social media tools and analytics, effectively communicating data insights to employers.
• A track record of crafting successful custom social media strategies that have yielded tangible results.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on teamwork and relationship-building.
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours or travel, when necessary.
• Proficiency in creative suites like Adobe Suite and Canva.
