Non Tech Social Media Jobs in Web3

Written is a new platform for authors who want more control, more reach, and better tools. Think Substack meets publishing, with a rebellious streak—and yes, Solana under the hood. We’re building for the future of creator-owned storytelling.

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to grow our presence and voice—starting with X (Twitter) and Instagram, followed by LinkedIn and, optionally Facebook. We can also consider Bluesky/Mastodon, if you believe that it will bring us desired results.

Our main goal? To make social media the primary driver of growth for Written.

That means building smart, engaging content that gets us noticed by:

• Authors and fanfiction writers looking to self-publish and monetize
• Readers and beta-readers hungry for undiscovered stories
• Book-savvy blockchain enthusiasts
• Builders and believers in consumer-facing blockchain apps

What we’re looking for:

• Native English speaker (US strongly preferred)
• 2–3+ years of hands-on SMM experience
• Deep interest in tech, ideally blockchain-native or curious about web3
• Knack for building niche communities and creating highly engaging content
• Bonus points if you’ve done this from scratch before

What you’ll do in the first 3 months:

• Grow our X presence to 300–500 real (non-bot) followers
• Publish ~90–120 posts across formats: original content, memes, product explainers, links, polls, etc.—all with smart hashtags and real value
• Achieve an engagement rate of 1.5–4%, with ~400 total replies/reposts
• Actively engage with author, tech, and web3 communities
• Drive at least one of the following: – A post hits 10k+ organic impressions – A retweet from a relevant account with 5–50k followers – 100+ new user signups to the platform
