As the Senior Social Media Marketer at Flipster
You will be responsible for driving and executing organic social media strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of proven experience in social media marketing, specializing in the crypto industry for at least two years. We seek a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Social Media Marketer to join our team in Singapore. 

Responsibility

    • Monitor and engage with the crypto community across various social platforms to build brand advocacy and enhance the company's online presence.
    • Develop and execute comprehensive organic social media strategies/media campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, with a keen eye on emerging platforms in the crypto space.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media strategies into broader marketing initiatives.
    • Brief and collaborate with designers to create visually appealing and effective social media content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
    • Conduct ongoing research to stay up-to-date with social media marketing and crypto industry trends, tools, and technologies.
    • Project manage the execution of social media campaigns, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
    • Manage and optimize each platform's organic social media Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring measurable results and effective brand representation.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms within the crypto space to adapt and enhance social media strategies accordingly.
    • Utilize industry tools such as Sprout Social and Hootsuite to measure and report on the performance of social media campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Mentor the team and the broader business on best practices for social media marketing.
    • Advocate for social media considerations in product development, seeking to influence the product team to build features that can go viral on social platforms.

What we want you to have

    • Minimum five years of experience in social media marketing, focusing on the crypto industry for at least two years.
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful organic social media strategies on platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
    • High fluency in languages other than English, mainly Chinese, is a plus.
    • In-depth knowledge of industry tools such as Sprout Social and Hootsuite for measuring social campaign performance.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data specific to each social media channel to drive decision-making.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Proactive attitude with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
