We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced person to oversee the majority of compliance in a growing sports tech business.

We are looking for the right person with a high work ethic who is keen to become increasingly involved in a scaling business and become a core member of the team.

Our team has grown from 4 people to 30 people in the first 9 months and we are expecting the business to double again in size over the next 12 months.

We also have a strong charitable ethos and as much as we wish to grow often our key decisions are based on the long term ethical impacts than the monetary bottom line.

Responsibilities;

• Monitor the changing cryptocurrency regulation in the UK & BVI and liaise with both UK & BVI lawyers engaged by the firm.

• Liaise with CEO daily to update on all pending legal issues.

• Draft and amend services contracts for clients and be heavily involved in ensuring that the contracts are revised and executed in a timely manner on an ongoing basis.

• Attend meetings/calls over general business compliance, regulation and contract related issues.

• Support with business organisation, planning and structuring.

• Recruit additional people to the team as and when the time is right in the future and manage that team effectively.

Salary $60,000 - $100,000 depending on experience
