TRON is looking for a Media Buy Marketing Manager passionate about the blockchain/cryptocurrency industry to join our growing and dynamic Marketing Team. We are looking for collaborative people who work well in teams and lead by example. This role will plan and manage event resources, partners, speakers, logistics, budgets with a strong result-driven mindset.

You will:

• Develop and maintain media relationship
• Drive media buy strategy and leverage digital marketing capabilities to drive traffic and lead generation activity for all Tron Dapps
• Lead tactical execution to deliver qualified traffic across all space: crypto, defi, metaverse, nft
• Manage and place annual media buy budget across digital channels – Building campaign content, creating multi-touch digital ad funnels, continually auditing, and optimizing to best practices, and driving results.
• Consistently deliver on target goals
• Campaign report

Who you are:

• Deep understanding about crypto/NFT/Defi media
• Blockchain and cryptocurrency community experience is a must
• In depth knowledge of digital media industry
