2. Responsibilities:

• Platform Management: Manage all our social media platforms, including TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, Reddit, Facebook, and Telegram, ensuring consistent and engaging content.

• Content Creation: Create high-quality, on-brand content tailored to the audience of each platform to maximize engagement and reach.

• Strategy Development: Plan and execute innovative campaigns to grow our online presence and attract new users to Dragon Farm.

• Community Interaction: Engage directly with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive and interactive environment across all platforms.

• Analytics & Optimization: Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and refine strategies to ensure the best possible outcomes.

3. Requirements:

• Russian Language Proficiency: Russian at a good level is a MUST HAVE. Please include your Russian language proficiency level in the "Additional Info" section when applying.

• Social Media Expertise: Proven experience managing multiple platforms, with a strong understanding of their algorithms and best practices.

• Creativity: Ability to produce engaging and visually appealing content that aligns with our brand identity.

• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities in both Russian and English.

• Web3/Gaming Knowledge: Bonus points if you have experience with Web3 technologies, NFTs, or gaming communities.

• TON Ecosystem or Telegram Mini-Apps (TMA): A huge plus if you have worked with or are familiar with the TON ecosystem or managing Telegram Mini-Apps. Please include details of this experience in your application.
