About the role: We are seeking a Partnerships Intern with a passion for being a swiss army knife who can assist the business team. Ideal candidates are detail-obsessed, curious, and naturally wired to find solutions—someone who doesn’t just wait to be asked, but instinctively spots the gaps and fills them. We’re looking for a sharp thinker who’s committed to excellence, especially in the final 20% where standout execution lives. You’ll be diving into research, uncovering insights, and supporting by building clean, compelling decks that drive partnership conversations forward. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the business development/partnership team in expanding the company's client base and market presence. This role involves supporting the team in preparing presentations and proposals, maintaining client relationships, and tracking industry trends. They will gain hands-on experience in business development strategies and operations, while contributing to the company's growth objectives. This is a part-time 25-hour minimum per week (but can be up to 40 hours per week), for 3 months. What You’ll be Doing: 

Maintain client relationships through CRM databases, tracking systems, regular communication and follow-ups. Support the team in preparing presentations and proposals for client meetings and pitches. Assist the business development team in expanding the company's client base and market presence. Source ideas for potential talent and partners Manage internal production schedules Leverage AI tools to expedite speed & optimize systems Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Pull data for internal projects Develop strategies to engage potential clients and foster business relationships. Track industry trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies.

What You Should Have: 

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Strong research and analytical skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
