We're on the lookout for a dynamic and seasoned graphic and communication designer to become a part of our team. The ideal candidate should hold a BA in Arts, possess 4-5 years of experience in commercial projects, and boast a robust background in web3 companies.

Responsibilities:

- Craft and design captivating images and infographics to showcase company products/solutions.

- Generate imaginative content for advertising channels, social networks, and internal corporate initiatives.

- Collaborate closely with content marketers, overseeing the visual content of the website and social media accounts.

- Contribute to the formulation of creative concepts.

- Provide assistance and mentorship to junior members of the design team.

Hard skills:

- Fluency in English at C1/C2 level, backed by recent conversational practice.

- Prior experience in Crypto/Web3.

- Fundamental understanding of Crypto principles.

- Exposure to Crypto marketing (Previous exposure as a consumer is acceptable).

- Proficiency in graphic design fundamentals with a minimum of 4 years' experience creating sales or content materials.

- Sound grasp of communication design principles, color theory, and composition.

- Expertise in illustration, identity design, and calligraphy.

- Advanced proficiency in graphic design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.

- Basic comprehension of product design.

- Capability to digitally (tablet) or traditionally (paper) create drawings.

- Familiarity with AI tools.

Soft skills:

- Exceptional grammar and verbal communication abilities.

- Punctuality and reliability.

- Capacity to nurture horizontal connections within the team.

- Proficient in eliciting technical specifications through questioning and extracting missing information for work.
