Position Summary

Paradigm is currently seeking a Communications Manager to join its team to help advance awareness and understanding of the firm, its people, and its portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Communications, this position will mainly focus on partnering with our portfolio around major announcements and milestones, media relations support, and other forms of strategic counsel. The Communications Manager will be hyper-collaborative with our portfolio and interface daily with our investing and research teams. The position will also support firm-driven campaigns and content together with the broader function.
