ZTX is the blockchain initiative enabled by the technology and IP of ZEPETO — the largest metaverse in Asia with over 500 million lifetime users.

Building with mass adoption in mind, we are creating a web-based 3D open world with varying levels of gamification integrated as well as opportunities for users to monetize via ownership of digital assets and social interaction. Our goal is to empower creators and communities to build, play, and earn — a world where users of all backgrounds can chart their journeys into a world beyond the physical.

We are looking for an exceptional Art Producer who can create and manage the end production schedule for our game art pipelines. You are skilled at working with a diverse range of 3D artists, helping them achieve their best work in a team environment, while meeting critical deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Report to our Chief Creative Officer, helping to manage Art team performance.
• Work closely with our Art Director and 3D team to accurately scope art production and set internal deadlines.
• Able to prioritize needs over wants to ensure art delivery meets product deadlines.
• Adept at working with cross functional teams to ensure alignment with product features as they relate to art requirements.
• Manage select external art vendor relationships ensuring production quality meets our team’s high standards.
• Develop and manage strong operational practices keeping art assets tightly integrated with product needs.
• Manage Jira tickets as they relate to all aspects of art integration with product.
• Identify potential bottlenecks or problems, and propose solutions before they become blockers.
• Facilitate daily scrums, ensuring the art team works efficiently.

About You:

• 4+ years experience as a producer in the gaming industry
• Strong understanding of 3D pipelines
• Strong understanding of Jira and ticket management
• Familiar with the crypto ecosystem (DeFi, NFTs, identity)
• Energized to work with a fully decentralized team that spans multiple time zones

Bonus Points:

• Experience producing NFT art collections
• Experience with Unity / Game Engines and preparing assets for games is a plus
• Atlassian certification(s) or Equivalent in Jira or other relevant Atlassian tools
• If you've worked in a startup environment
• If you speak and write in Korean (but not necessary)
