Senior Product Manager (Chatbot)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall planning, design, delivery and promotion of CS bot management platform(knowledge base, chat flow, ticket center, etc.)
- Use big data and AI to improve the working efficiency of CS operations including corpus training, SOP design, assistant reply and case summary, etc.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, UI/UX design, and CS operations team to achieve product objectives.
- Review CS bot KPI and user cases regularly and find valuable insights to guide product improvements.
