Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the overall planning, design, delivery and promotion of CS bot management platform(knowledge base, chat flow, ticket center, etc.)
    • Use big data and AI to improve the working efficiency of CS operations including corpus training, SOP design, assistant reply and case summary, etc.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, UI/UX design, and CS operations team to achieve product objectives.
    • Review CS bot KPI and user cases regularly and find valuable insights to guide product improvements.

Requirements

    • Bachelor degree or above.
    • Must have product design experience in CS bot.
    • Have a good communication skills with multiple stakeholders.
    • Process strong data analysis and user insight skills
    • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
