- Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with executives, compliance, and product teams to align product goals with business objectives and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in product management, with 3+ years focused on AI/ML-driven search, recommendation systems, or data-intensive products. Prior experience in fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency is a strong plus
- Technical Expertise:
- Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts (e.g., NLP, neural networks, vector databases) and hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and A/B testing methodologies
- Familiarity with search technologies (Elasticsearch, Solr) and LLM-driven applications
- User-Centric Mindset: Demonstrated ability to balance technical complexity with simplicity in UX/UI design
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
- Adaptability: Thrive in ambiguity and rapidly evolving markets; passion for blockchain/crypto is essential
