Senior Product Manager
What You Will Do.
- Product Development Process: Own the Application product vision in alignment with Kava’s roadmap and business goals. Carry out our Front-end product development life-cycle from conception to launch, optimizing scrum process, sprint planning, grooming, and retros. Execute against team KPI’s and deliverables.
- Writing Epics & User Stories: Craft PRD’s for major and minor feature releases. Develop user stories and epics to drive narratives and user engagement with Kava’s products.
- Market Research/ Data Analysis: Conduct discovery, research, feature specifications to drive product strategy and develop predictive insights for user experience.
- Working Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with other team leaders from Engineering and Design teams to execute the product development process. Scope and develop timelines for feature specifications.
Who You Are.
- 3+ Years experience as a PM on Front End products for users.
- 1+ Years experience working on a WEB3 Product/ DeFi or DAO.
- 3+ Years writing epics and user stories and 1+ years writing PRD.
- 2+ Years running SQL or other data analysis queries.
- Experience owning 1 or more greenfield projects.
- Experience iterating on 1 or more legacy projects.
- Experience with Shortcut, Jira or other project management software.
- Experience using Data Analytics Platform (Amplitude, Google Analytics or Mixpanel).
- Has worked on at least one product idea from conception to launch.
- Has developed/ built features to get ahead of market competition.
- Has experience working directly with the Head of Product or CEO
- Start Up Experience - wearing multiple hats
- Able to adapt and adjust in a fast-paced changing digital environment is a must.
Nice To Haves.
- Has solid understanding of Front End engineering (JavaScript & CSS)
- Experience managing other PM’s, or at minimum possess a strong desire to manage.
