We are building the bank of the Metaverse and are looking for Product Managers who would like to have a hand in building the bridge between DeFi and CeFi. The role will be an opportunity for you to build Web 3.0 capabilities such as swaps, bridges, staking and the likes that will allow users to seamlessly conduct transactions across the other XLD ecosystem projects.
Responsibilities
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
- Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
- Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
- Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision
- Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resource
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role
- Experience in product lifecycle management
- Familiarity with Agile framework
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Creative thinking skills
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
- Experience working in the Web 3.0 space would be ideal
