What you’ll do
- Own Blueprint's full product lifecycle from discovery to launch, including market research, requirements definition, roadmap planning, release management, and post-launch optimizationÂ
- Embed with our distributed Engineering Team to execute the product roadmapÂ
- Partner with Marketing, Business, and Operations Teams to develop and implement go-to-market and growth strategiesÂ
- Test new features, identify bugs, and identify platform improvementsÂ
- Identify and engage perspective customers to grow Blueprint’s businessÂ
- Clearly define, collect, and track success metrics to assess product launches and initiativesÂ
- Effectively communicate strategy, prioritization, success metrics and other important updates to internal stakeholdersÂ
- Partner with Design on detailed UX flows, wireframes, and interaction models; ensure consistency with design systems and accessibility standardsÂ
- Manage the product backlog - prioritize features, bugs, and technical debt based on impact, dependencies, effort, and business valueÂ
- Write and maintain clear technical documentation

- 5+ years of product management experience at a SaaS or fintech company
- Demonstrated ability to interact with perspective and existing customers, ideally in a sales-focused roleÂ
- Proven track record of building and launching high- quality technical productsÂ
- Strong sense of urgency and deep intrinsic motivationÂ
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environmentÂ
- Prior experience in web3 or fluency with web3 concepts is a plusÂ
