BabyDoge is a meme token and ecosystem of Web3 products empowering our growing global community on the path to financial freedom, while remaining playful and fun.

We’re seeking a crypto-savvy Product Manager with empathy to the meme tokens culture to lead our token fair launch product suite. This role is at the heart of crypto degen culture, empowering users to launch their own meme tokens without any coding skills, while offering a chance to own future runners early for the meme token traders. Our fair launch platform comprises three distinct products each with its own unique twist on delivering community-driven token launches.

As the Product Manager for Fair Launch Platforms, you’ll drive engagement and growth through bold experimentation across the product lineup. Collaborating with marketing and community support teams, you’ll identify and scale the most effective acquisition, activation, and retention strategies to amplify success across all three products. If you’re passionate about meme tokens culture and keen to lead the innovation in the meme token space, this role is your chance to shape the future of crypto with us.

What skills and competences will help you to succeed in the role:

  • Over 3 years of experience in product management, with proven success in scaling and optimizing d2c web products.
  • Proven ability to prioritize backlog of experiments across multiple products at once.
  • Understanding of user acquisition funnels and retention drivers for a highly social product.
  • Experience of working closely with growth marketing and community support teams.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to synthesize user feedback and community signals into product experiments.
  • Hands-on experience of implementing advanced product analytics (Amplitude preferred) and converting quantitative insights into product enhancements.
  • Sharp eye on good UX, and aptitude for leading user-centric design processes.
  • Deep passion for the crypto space driven by a commitment to experiment with new ideas and utilize advancements in the industry.
  • Proactive, outcomes-focussed mindset.
