As the Product Manager for Fair Launch Platforms, youâll drive engagement and growth through bold experimentation across the product lineup. Collaborating with marketing and community support teams, youâll identify and scale the most effective acquisition, activation, and retention strategies to amplify success across all three products. - Over 3 years of experience in product management, with proven success in scaling and optimizing d2c web products.
- Proven ability to prioritize backlog of experiments across multiple products at once.
- Understanding of user acquisition funnels and retention drivers for a highly social product.
- Experience of working closely with growth marketing and community support teams.
- Strong communicator with the ability to synthesize user feedback and community signals into product experiments.
- Hands-on experience of implementing advanced product analytics (Amplitude preferred) and converting quantitative insights into product enhancements.
- Sharp eye on good UX, and aptitude for leading user-centric design processes.
- Deep passion for the crypto space driven by a commitment to experiment with new ideas and utilize advancements in the industry.
