Today, we are a market leader in Bitcoin security and Layer-2 technologies, offering a comprehensive portfolio of products that enhance the efficiency, security, and robustness of financial systems.  First announced at the Bitcoin 2025 conference in Las Vegas in May, Blocksteam Enterprise is a Bitcoin-focused software suite enabling banks, prime brokers and corporations to safely and securely custody Bitcoin and manage tokenization and treasury operations.   We are seeking a Director of Product to lead the development of our Enterprise product suite. What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities):

Own the vision and execution for the Blockstream Enterprise product line. Align with sales, marketing and business development to tailor the solution to specific customer segments and prioritize key revenue drivers.   Interface directly with potential customers and participate in the sales process. Manage and develop a team of high-performing PMs. Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure that all aspects of product launches and ongoing operations are covered.  Stay informed about research and product development across all of Blockstream and leverage their innovation to deliver value to your customer base. Success in this role means growing revenue for Blockstream Enterprise and ensuring that the long-term vision is optimized for maximum impact.

What We Look For In You (Required Qualifications):

10+ years of experience as an enterprise product manager with a proven track record of delivering impact; also experience managing a team. Capital markets fintech experience covering treasury solutions for large corporations or custody solutions for large commercial banks.  Understanding of blockchain-based technology, crypto custody best practices, and the tokenization lifecycle. Experience with the enterprise sales cycle and coordinating activities with enterprise sales teams. Technical background (e.g. engineering degree or technical work experience); can engage with engineering teams on technical issues. Comfort with the pace, scrappiness and dynamic environment within a growing startup. Exceptional communication skills and aptitude for conveying complex technical concepts.

Nice To Haves (Preferred Qualifications):

Prior work experience on Bitcoin-related products. Experience with other enterprise-focused crypto products and their application / adoption among businesses from the TradFi sector. Deep understanding of traditional financial systems, services & products. A holistic understanding of the major interoperable cash generating units within global money center banks: Commercial banking, investment banking, prime brokerage and asset management. Prior knowledge of Liquid and its role in the Bitcoin ecosystem.
