About the Team
Weâre seeking a passionate and driven Product Manager to lead the development of our Advanced Workspace Protection products. This is a unique opportunity to build state-of-the-art tools that protect customers from emerging security risks. In this role, youâll drive the strategy and development of innovative solutions to safeguard digital assets in an evolving threat landscape.

What You'll Do
- Create and launch advanced threat detection solutions to address non-human identity compromises, user attestation, and anomaly detection.
- Become a subject matter expert and collaborate closely with R&D, Product Design, and Data teams to deliver new products from concept to launch.
- Define user stories, lead product discovery, and manage feature development.
- Develop and manage metrics plans and KPIs to measure product success and performance.
- Partner with strategic customers and the Fireblocks sales team to ensure the product meets real-world needs.
- Work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to deliver a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- Extensive background and experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on threat detection methodologies, tools, and techniques
- A builderâs mindset, with a passion for creating solutions from the ground up.
- Proven ability to empathize with customers, especially in regulated industries such as finance, and effectively communicate their needs.
- High proficiency in English, strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced team environment.
- Experience in defining and managing metrics plans and KPIs to track product success
