Who you are:
- 4+ years of product management experience with a demonstrated ability to drive successful product execution in consumer applications, preferably within the blockchain/crypto space.
- Strong ability to translate strategic goals into clear, actionable tasks and drive them to completion.
- Experience with smart contract architecture and design in a protocol-based company, especially in the blockchain/crypto space.
- Exceptional organizational skills with an execution-focused mindset, ensuring projects stay on track and meet deadlines.
- Hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, etc.) in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to adapt quickly and deliver high-quality results.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
- Ideally based in the Bay Area with the ability to work in person 3 days a week.
