Senior Product Manager (Marketplace)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the P2P fiat product globalisation on user portal and develop product strategies aligned with business goal.
- Create and maintain the P2P marketplace product roadmap for user portal, milestones and backlog with strategic priorities of various overseas market’s product penetration plan.
- Drive global product & feature shipment and lead beta programs by define the product specification and collaborate with designers, engineers and business stakeholders.
- Collect and consolidate customers feedback and facilitate user studies to build user portal product that reflect customers’ needs and requirement.
- Conduct market research and analyse data for different regions and work closely with oversea/local operations to deliver market-fit solutions.Â
- Facilitate the communication with cross-functional teams in overseas to coordinate project progress.
Requirements:
- Deep experience in launching and managing large-scale, global products development cycle with a track record of successful outcomes.
- 5+ years of product management experience; technical expertise required.
- Methodical in determining customer needs, running prototypes and iterations and making data-driven decisions for product optimisations.
- Experience with user in depth interviews and analysing traffic / internal data to drive UX/UI improvements in user portal.
- Ability to specify product requirements in a clear, succinct manner and work with engineers to deliver on specifications.
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable with being involved in multiple roles and projects at the same time in a fast pacing environment.
- Ability to jointly manage projects and keep them on schedule.
- Strong collaboration skills to influence and inspire internal business team and cross-functional team to drive product adoption and market share.
Nice to have:
- Relevant app product experience from internet company, preferably with e-commerce or peer to peer product experience.
- Familiar with Web 3 and DeFi ecosystem, protocol and platform.
- Experience in AML and risk control modelling is a plus.
