We pride ourselves on maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality, trust, and professionalism.

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Take a lead role in the execution of AR’s professional services security portfolio for key clients.

  • Support external stakeholders to define and finalize delivery objectives. Ensure that project development and delivery are possible within the project timeframe.

  • Become the go-to person for customers when discussing the security planning of new project/product requirements, ensuring delivery and customer objectives are aligned.

  • Good team management skills. Be able to collaboratively work with a team and lead an engagement with strong communication skills. Experience working in cross-functional, cross-organisational teams is key.

  • They will seek opportunities. They will not just wait for direction from their manager but constantly look for ways to add value, solve problems, improve their teammates’ lives, and ultimately draw attention to issues they believe are underserved.

  • Formal project management certification (PMP, Google Certified Project Manager, PRINCE2, Scrum, etc).

  • Experience managing external vendors.

  • Formal Technical background (Software Development, Architecture, Networking, etc).

Benefits:

  • 25-days paid vacation

  • Office and equipment stipend
