Bitcoin Depot is seeking an ATM Installation Project Manager that will be responsible for managing various high level projects related to ATM installations and conversions that will drive cost savings and increased revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and related task lists as necessary, update plans accordingly.
• Provide continuous project feedback and status updates to key stakeholders
• Hold all project participants responsible for reporting on deliverables and keeping people accountable for assigned work.
• Driving collaboration between multiple functions and departments, assuring cross functional task deliveries on time and budget.
• Your primary peers will be Operations, Marketing and Account Management.
• Manage multiple implementation tasks with other internal groups to ensure project completion in accordance with company requirements
• Support a teamwork/team-spirit environment and present a professional attitude/image within the department and in all company interactions.
• Review project defects/issues and pursue corrective action to eliminate causes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study or equivalent years of related work experience required
• Project Management and Agile certifications are strongly preferred but not required in lieu of relevant experience
• Five years of ATM project management experience
• ATM Experience with extensive knowledge of ATM Hardware
• Experience in Microsoft Project, JIRA or similar tools strongly preferred
• Core project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple or large projects in a cross-functional environment.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving, presentation and writing skills
• Comfortable effectively communicating with all levels of management.
• Ability to remain organized, pay strict attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines within a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Ability to develop effective relationships and partnerships with internal/external business partners at all levels of the organization
• A self-starter and excellent productivity skills while in a minimal supervision atmosphere.
• A basic understanding of cryptocurrency.
