Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard
- Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible
- Maintaining your knowledge of relevant industry trends
- Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes
- A strong candidate will engage and participate in the communities for a variety of blockchain platforms
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Skills and Required Qualifications:
- Experience with one or more blockchain technologies
- Ability to research complicated blockchain platforms, understand distributed consensus algorithms and design node networks
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
- Strong industry knowledge of demonstrable expertise using Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform and Gitlab CI / CD pipelines
- Demonstrable knowledge of application programming, preferably in Go, or other compiled languages
- Business, application and data architecture experience is desirable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Able to prioritize work, pivot as necessary and meet deadlines
