We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We were the first company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries, and have since expanded into several other assets. We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator to join our remote-first team at Ondo Finance. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and maintaining robust security practices. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience supporting remote teams. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining our technology backbone while supporting our company's growth in the blockchain and digital assets space. For the right candidate, there may be opportunities to grow into security-focused roles as the organization expands.

•Establish and maintain a reliable, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure that supports our remote-first workplace

•Scale and mature IT management, to include system maintainability and helpdesk processes

•Successfully implement and maintain secure IT architectures that meet compliance requirements and protect company assets

•Create and maintain documentation for all IT systems and processes

•Coordinate and oversee all helpdesk functions, providing prompt and effective support to team members

•Administer and configure core IT platforms including enterprise email, communication tools, and SaaS applications

•Manage endpoint security through MDM tools and implement best practices for device management

•Configure and maintain identity and access management systems (SSO/IdP)

•Support security and compliance initiatives, including GRC audits and incident response

•Develop and implement IT policies and procedures

•Manage vendor relationships and software licensing

•Provide training and documentation for team members on IT systems and security practices

•3-5 years of professional IT experience at a high-growth tech company

•Strong experience with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration

•Proven experience configuring and maintaining MDM tools for a multi-device fleet

•Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for help desk support

•Deep understanding of security best practices and least-privilege access models

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience

•Experience working at a blockchain or fintech company

•Previous experience managing IT programs in a remote-first environment

•Experience as an early IT hire at a startup

•Familiarity with in-house security teams and compliance requirements

•Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+

•Experience with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices
