  📌 Senior QA Manual – ServiceNow (Training-Oriented Role) (Contractor, Remote, LATAM) This role is ideal for a strong QA professional with solid experience in manual testing within complex systems, who is willing to learn and grow into the ServiceNow platform.The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring quality across end-to-end business workflows while progressively building ServiceNow-specific expertise.

🗓 Start date: ASAP📆 Contract type: Contractor, Full-Time, Remote🌐 Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm PST

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases for enterprise applications. Perform functional, regression, smoke, and UAT testing across complex workflows. Validate end-to-end business processes, including integrations and data flows. Actively manage the defect lifecycle, from identification to resolution and retesting. Collaborate closely with developers, architects, product owners, and stakeholders. Document test scenarios, results, and quality metrics clearly and consistently. Gradually ramp up on ServiceNow concepts, modules, and platform behavior, with support from the team.

✅ What You Need to Succeed Must-haves

5+ years of experience as a QA Manual in enterprise or complex systems. Strong background in:

Test case design and execution Regression and UAT testing Defect tracking and reporting Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Ability to understand and validate business workflows, not just isolated features. Solid English skills (written and spoken).

Nice-to-haves

Experience testing CRM, ERP, or SaaS enterprise platforms. Basic understanding of:

ITSM concepts Workflow-based systems API testing tools (e.g., Postman)

Previous exposure to ServiceNow (not mandatory).
