Social Media Manager - Brazil
Responsibilities:
- Focus on bringing our socials closer to our community, with a crypto native understanding, and a great understanding of crypto culture;
- Lead and drive and develop the local social media accounts (IG, X, YT, TT);
- Own the local social media strategy including channel and content strategy;
- Define local relevant posting strategy and follow local trends and insights;
- Observe market and competitor movements at all times to react with relevant messages and posts;
- Build a network of content creators;
- Build an engaged audience in each channel;
- Develop community networks with local crypto & Web3 communities and drive Binance community channels (Telegram/Discord);
- Own the monthly Binance Live/Webinars agenda for your region including planning and execution;
- Lead the social content strategy including creative content creation around key industry moments, weekly campaign calendar, product launch, events and community activities;
- Ability to work with a matrix organization with global social media guidelines, global social team and with external departments, including influencers and partnerships;
- Support Events & influencer marketing in the region;
- Work closely cross-functionally with the regional marketing team, design, content, performance marketing, and product;
- Measure, report, and analyze the performance of campaigns across channels and translate findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations in order to improve future performance;
- Deliver monthly reports and data analysis.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media related roles for brands;
- Spanish native, Fluent English, Portuguese is a plus;
- Deep understanding of the crypto market and crypto culture;
- Social media native;
- Ability to create creative social content;
- Influencer marketing and event management is a plus;
- Experienced working with influencers, content creators and UGC;
- Knowledge of crypto and Binance’s product suite;
