About the Opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct research and development of the company's internal management systems, including HR system, salary system, and others.
• Maintain effective communication with Product Managers and other R&D teams, providing valuable suggestions for product requirements and ensuring smooth progress in accordance with the development plan.
• Take responsibility for tasks such as database design, system design, API interface design, and external system integration.
• Explore and recommend more efficient tools to enhance business scalability and efficiency.

What We Look For In You:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field, with practical project development experience in Java and experience in developing enterprise internal systems (e.g., HR system, performance system, salary system) or complex projects.
• Preferred experience in designing and developing internationalized business solutions.
• Familiarity with common Internet open-source projects and middleware (at least two), with preference given to those with hands-on experience in source code of technologies such as Kafka, RocketMQ, Redis, MySQL, Elasticsearch, Spring/Spring Boot, etc.
• Strong self-driven and self-management abilities, capable of adapting to distributed work environments.
• Good aptitude for learning, teamwork, and communication, with the ability to think critically and independently analyze and solve problems.
• Ability to explore and implement new technologies and methods necessary for business development in practical projects.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML5, JavaScript, Ajax, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, Node.js, and React, with the ability to utilize them effectively.
