We are looking for a Talent Sourcer who will play a key role in finding and attracting talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Search for candidates for open positions using various platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.).
  • Establish initial contacts with potential candidates.
  • Organise all stages of the interview process, including coordination between hiring managers and candidates.
  • Collecting feedback after the interview.
  • Maintaining and updating candidate database, ensuring accuracy and relevance of information.
  • Conduct IT market analysis.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of IT sourcing experience in a company or agency.
  • Knowledge of specialised sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc).
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work with large amounts of information and identify key points.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently.
  • English level B2 or higher.
