Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in strategic leadership, preferably as a Chief of Staff.
- Direct experience collaborating with Founders or CEOs.
- Previous venture fund involvement is essential.
- Proficiency in crypto concepts like blockchain and Web3.
- Background in FinTech or Web3 industry.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills required.
- Proven track record of execution and meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments.
- Strong process and project management abilities with keen attention to detail.
