Token Metrics is seeking a dynamic Chief of Staff to support our executives in administrative tasks and strategic projects. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of strategic leadership experience, preferably as a Chief of Staff, and a strong background in venture funds. Proficiency in crypto concepts, excellent communication skills, and strong project management abilities are essential. Previous experience in FinTech or Web3 is mandatory. This role demands a self-motivated, ethical individual who excels in fast-paced environments and is willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities:

    • Assist executives in managing day-to-day operations, including scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
    • Lead the development and execution of strategies to close crypto SPVs, leveraging market insights and networking to secure investments.
    • Conduct interviews with potential VIP plan applicants, assess their qualifications, and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
    • Edit and refine content for TMV investor newsletters, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with Token Metrics' brand and messaging.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, resolve operational challenges, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the crypto space to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years in strategic leadership, preferably as a Chief of Staff.
    • Direct experience collaborating with Founders or CEOs.
    • Previous venture fund involvement is essential.
    • Proficiency in crypto concepts like blockchain and Web3.
    • Background in FinTech or Web3 industry.
    • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills required.
    • Proven track record of execution and meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments.
    • Strong process and project management abilities with keen attention to detail.
    • Self-motivated, critical thinker adept at working independently and in teams.
    • Highly ethical and comfortable challenging norms.
    • Willingness and ability to travel as necessary.
