We are looking for a strong Product Designer to lead the Developer Tools product experience and help us continue paving the way for billions of users coming onchain.
What youâÂÂll be doing
- Represent design thinking with a user-centric perspective in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teammates to research and design effective solutions for onchain developers
- Take new features from ideation to prototyping, user testing, and production
- Participate in weekly design crits, seeking feedback and incorporating it to ensure high-quality designs
- Blend qualitative and quantitative insights to create beautiful, usable, valuable product experiences for the Base community
What we look for in you
- 5+ years experience designing exceptional product experiences
- Contributions to at least one onchain app or experience
- Experience validating design solutions with user research, prototype testing, and quantitative methods
- Comfortable presenting work to a wide range of stakeholders for input at various stages of the design process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
