Responsibilities
- Use data to provide value-added analysis and reporting on operations, and risk domains
- Manage process enhancements and monitor the effectiveness of enhancements
- Work closely with PM and provide business requirement documents to push product optimization
- Provide findings and recommendations for execution by operational teams and executives
- Support day-to-day operations and promote a data-driven decision-making culture
- Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential
- Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills
- Be part of a fast-paced industry and organization where time to market is critical
- Willing to work on alternative hours (e.g. work in the evenings to connect with teams based in different jurisdictions)
Requirements
- At least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field
- 3 - 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Excellent understanding of KYC / Fraud / Risk operation
- Sound knowledge of customer satisfaction and quality programs, etc
- Organizational and time management skills
- Effective facilitation skills in meetings/presentations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
- A passion for Emerging Technologies related to Blockchain
- Nice to have: ability to understand and speak Mandarin
