Description

Anzen Protocol (built by Hydrogen Labs) is an infrastructure protocol for AVSs on EigenLayer to automate and optimize their restaker payments. In order to achieve this, we model the security needs of an AVS to determine the Profit from Corruption (PfC), how much value is at risk, and Cost of Corruption (CoC), how much value secures the protocol. This is used to allow AVSs to understand their security levels and plan to optimize them with Anzen.


We embrace a fully remote team and welcome applicants from around the world, with a preference for candidates based in the Americas or Europe.


Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a dynamic Head of BD to forge strategic partnerships within the EigenLayer ecosystem, drive product integrations on testnet and mainnet, and fuel our growth. A deep understanding of the LRT and AVS landscape within the EigenLayer ecosystem will be essential to Anzenโ€™s success.
  • Strategically identify, develop, and execute high-impact partnerships to expand Anzenโ€™s footprint within the EigenLayer ecosystem.
  • Lead the full partnership lifecycle โ€“ from outreach and negotiation to successful integration and ongoing relationship management.
  • Initiate Market research on industry trends, competitor activities and market developments and collaborate with the marketing team to design growth strategies that propel product adoption
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions, and provide regular reports on progress and performance.
  • Engage and communicate proactively with our Discord and social channel
  • Represent Anzen during AMAs, Twitter Spaces, and other forums

  • Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years of BD experience in DeFi
    • Proven success in forging partnerships and implementing BD solutions.
    • Strong analytical mindset and exceptional negotiation skills.
    • Outstanding communicator with excellent presentation and organizational abilities.
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
    • Proficient in Google Suite, notion and blockchain analytics tools.
