Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow FalconX's crypto custody business.
- Develop and execute a strategy to increase revenue from existing clients by cross-selling and upselling custody services and other core products.
- Identify and qualify new prospects, including hedge funds, family offices, and other institutional investors.
- Establish strong, lasting relationships with senior executives & decision-makers
- Work cross-functionally with relevant departments & teams, such as Institutional Coverage, to deliver excellent client satisfaction
- Partner with leaders to align sales deliverables with business strategy & objectives
- Mentor the sales team, create a collaborative environment, & continuously raise the bar
- Research & attend relevant industry conferences as needed
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of relevant experience
- Leadership experience with a proven ability to motivate team members in a sales capacity
- Strong understanding of the crypto industry, including the different types of cryptocurrencies, the underlying technology, and the regulatory landscape.
- Exceptional negotiation skills
- Ability to quickly & effectively relay a value proposition
- Able to handle large complex clients
- Superior attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and time management skills
- Ability to demonstrate a sales-minded, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented mindset
- At least 2 years experience in a crypto custody sales role
- Be familiar with FalconX's products and services, including its trading and prime brokerage services,
- An extreme passion for the crypto space

Base pay for this role is expected to be between $175,000 and $275,000 USD. This expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role will also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance linked bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation for a successful candidate will be determined based on a number of factors such as skillset, experience, and qualifications.
