Position overview

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to drive Linera’s growth by identifying and nurturing business opportunities, forging partnerships, and expanding our blockchain ecosystem. The ideal candidate for this role is deeply passionate about Web3 and has extensive knowledge of the blockchain landscape and its technical aspects.


Key responsibilities

  1. Strategic growth
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to accelerate Linera’s growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, clients, and industry leaders.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
  • Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to align business development initiatives with product capabilities, roadmap, and public communications.
  1. Partnership Development
  • Identify and engage potential partners, including blockchain projects, enterprises, and technology providers, to drive strategic alliances.
  • Contribute to partnership agreements, ensuring mutual value and long-term success.
  • Track and report on partnership metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  1. Market Engagement
  • Represent Linera at industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote our technology and vision.
  • Act as a thought leader within the blockchain community, contributing to discussions and content that position Linera as an industry leader.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that highlights Linera’s unique value proposition and success stories.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development and partnerships within the blockchain industry.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized systems, and the Web3 ecosystem. Product experience in Web3 and/or engineering background is a plus.
  • Proven ability to drive business growth and develop successful partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
