About Us

Chainlink Labs is seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Executive to spearhead the company's efforts in the rapidly evolving asset management/buy-side sector. In this pivotal role, you will identify high-impact use cases where Chainlink's cutting-edge decentralized data oracles, Intraday NAV, Proof of Reserve, and Fund Tokenization services can deliver substantial value to leading asset management institutions.


You will collaborate closely with Chainlink's product, solutions, and implementation teams to seamlessly integrate the company's innovative blockchain-based solutions into client systems and workflows. Drawing on your deep industry expertise and strong relationships, you will negotiate favorable commercial agreements and develop comprehensive onboarding and support programs to drive widespread adoption of Chainlink's offerings among the buy-side community.


Your efforts will play a crucial role in accelerating Chainlink's growth and solidifying the company's position as the preeminent provider of decentralized infrastructure for the asset management industry. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within the financial services industry, preferably the buy-side asset management sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing commercial agreements with asset managers, investment managers, or equivalent institutional investment sector consumers.
  • Strong understanding of asset tokenization, blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and the evolving digital financial market infrastructure landscape.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate the value proposition of Chainlink's products and services to senior-level decision-makers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and operations, to address client needs and drive successful implementations.
  • Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience working within asset management firms, investment banks, or financial market infrastructures.
  • Technical background or understanding of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations relevant to the buy-side financial services sector.
