Partnerships Manager, Ecosystems
What you'll do:
- Build and maintain relationships with CEX’s, working to deepen collaboration between the CEX’s products and the Arbitrum ecosystem.Â
- Provide strategic advice to founders and team members of projects building on Arbitrum, especially TGE success, such as KOL, CEX, DEX and marketing strategies.Â
- Build and maintain relationships with liquid funds and market makers.Â
- Define and lead new consumer growth initiatives within the partnerships team to expand the reach of Arbitrum, working with Arbitrum foundation and Marketing teams.
- Help shape our strategy by collecting external feedback and relaying it to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with companies in their migration to Arbitrum and/or network deployment.
What you’ll need:
- Industry insider experience and currently at, or have strong prior experience with blockchain ecosystems.
- Strong passion and understanding of blockchain technologies.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to: identify, pursue, and close complex partnerships.
- Experience in driving alignment from key internal stakeholders to support strategic decisions.
- Ability to present and speak in public to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Previous work experience with a high-growth technology company.
- Wide professional network and high reputation in the Web3 industry.
- Experience in business development within the crypto industry is a plus.
