Affiliation Key Account Manager (f/m)
Your mission
- Leverage your existing network and conduct thorough research to identify key accounts (e.g.Content creators, Institutional partners)
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage potential accounts
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Negotiate partnership terms and onboard new accounts
- Provide dedicated support and personalized service to top accounts
- Develop and implement account management strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and influencers in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space
- Collaborate with industry networks and institutional partners to drive awareness and adoption of Ledger's products and services
- Keep abreast of cryptocurrency industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments
- Identify new opportunities for key account acquisition and partnership development
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in business development or affiliation, with a focus on content creation
- Established network of contacts in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space, including KOLs, industry networks, and institutional partners
- Proven track record of success in acquiring and managing high-value affiliates
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English, other languages are a plus!
