We are a decentralised community that launches and governs tokenised investment funds. The DAO sources, decentrally, the best fund concepts to provide a range of products to meet various investment needs and investor profiles.

Our mission is to become the leading provider of retail-ready web3 investment products that allow everyday consumers access to any market exposure possible.

We are looking for a lead dev with full-stack skills and a strong passion for working on blockchain products ideally with Solidity experience but not necessary as long as you can pick it up quickly. You will be expected to take full ownership of the full tech stack and be comfortable working independently and remotely.

About you:

• You enjoy brainstorming on architecture, tokenomics, and can communicate your ideas clearly and concisely, in English.
• You’re trained as a full-stack developer, comfortable with a range of programming languages, if you don’t already code in Solidity you could pick it up in a few weeks
• You are a Crypto investor yourself and blockchain enthusiast, the problems to be solved in defi are fundamentally interesting to you
• Complexity motivates you to understand more deeply as a core personality trait, you seek knowledge and learning in everything you do
• You understand what it takes to be an entrepreneur at a startup. You don’t need instruction, you can wear many hats if need be. You have knowledge in all key aspects of startup life; from fundraising, hiring, marketing through product development. You can take ownership of backlogs and lead independently
• You’ve successfully built and launched products that appeal and delight to users - Ideally you have proven interest and experience working in fintech or defi
