Reporting to the Head of Product, the Senior Product Designer will be a high visibility role helping drive engaging and intuitive app experiences to bring the next wave of consumers on-chain. In this role, you’ll bring together strong product thinking, refined design craft, and a deep understanding of user behavior to create products that people love to use. If you thrive in fast-paced environments with a lot of ownership & autonomy we’d love to talk.  Qualifications 

4-7+ years of product design experience, ideally across web and mobile consumer apps You’ve shipped a consumer app in web3 or an adjacent space You have a portfolio demonstrating high-quality UI/UX, strong product thinking, and engaging interactions You have a sharp eye for detail and can iterate quickly  You’re comfortable with ambiguity and are a creative problem solver You thrive in small teams and take pride in owning your work end-to-end Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to articulate design decisions  Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools  Hands-on experience working with HTML/CSS as well as AI-driven design tools 

Responsibilities 

Own the design process and work product from idea to launch  Design intuitive flows, beautiful UI, and thoughtful interactions  Develop interactive prototypes to test and refine usability, gathering feedback from internal stakeholders and users  Work directly with Product & Engineering to ship fast while maintaining attention to quality Establish and evolve the visual identity and design language of our products, ensuring a cohesive and compelling aesthetic  Think deeply about user behavior and emerging trends to keep users engaged

What does an Solana developer do?

As a Solana developer, your responsibilities would include designing, implementing, and maintaining applications on the Solana blockchain platform using Rust programming language

This would involve using the Solana software development kit (SDK) to write smart contracts and build decentralized applications (dApps) that make use of the platform's features and capabilities

You would also be responsible for ensuring that your dApps are secure, efficient, and scalable, and for testing and debugging your code to ensure its correct behavior

Additionally, you may be involved in the ongoing development and improvement of the Solana platform itself, working with other members of the Solana community to drive innovation and advance the state of blockchain technology.
