Funded by Presto Labs, G20, SwissBorg and the zkPass Ecosystem Fund as well as working hand in hand with Solana Foundation, we are primed to make an impact in the broader crypto space, obviously starting with Solana.

What you'll be working on

As Head of Identity, you are working directly with the founding team. You will take responsibility to lead teams of technical co-workers.

• Work hand-in-hand with our CTO and CEO to challenge current architecture decisions
• Decide on overall product-strategy and use case integration on both sides: how we issue and manage user credentials and how we integrate with apps for authentication and targeted marketing flows
• Lead our efforts as part of the Digital Identity Working Group together with the Solana Foundation

What you should bring to the party

As we are filling a leadership role with big responsibility, we are hiring for a full-time role with senior-like skillset. This does not mean, you need to have 10+ experience in building software systems around identity - if your intelligence and wit outcompetes other people's years of experience, we are happy to fill this role with a young, outstanding talent. Ideally you bring to the table:

• Technical background (worked in a technical role before and/or completed a technical education path)
• Deep knowledge and/or interest in identity technology which surrounds Self-Sovereign-ID tech (DIDs, VCs), zk-technology and distributed data management
• Crypto backround (worked in a crypto-related company before and/or simply knows more about the space than we do)
