  1. Lead the design and implementation of core DeFi protocol modules.
  2. Develop and maintain secure, efficient smart contracts in Solidity or Rust.
  3. Optimize contract gas costs and runtime performance across multiple blockchains.
  4. Design and implement cross-chain interoperability and deployment strategies.
  5. Establish DeFi protocol security standards, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  6. Translate financial models (collateral, liquidation, incentives) into on-chain logic.
  7. Collaborate with product, risk, frontend, and security teams for end-to-end project delivery.
  8. Mentor junior engineers and perform code reviews to improve the team's coding quality.

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields.
  2. 3+ years of experience in smart contract or blockchain development.
  3. Deep expertise in Solidity or Rust and strong understanding of EVM mechanics and DeFi architecture.
  4. Hands-on mainnet deployment experience with full project lifecycle ownership.
  5. Familiarity with major DeFi mechanisms such as AMM, lending, yield aggregation, and oracles.
  6. Knowledge of contract vulnerabilities and attack vectors (Reentrancy, Front-running, Oracle Manipulation).
  7. Understanding of cross-chain technologies and Layer2 scaling solutions.
  8. Strong system design and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

  1. Core contributor or key developer experience in well-known DeFi protocols.
  2. Familiarity with ZK, MEV protection, dynamic AMM, or DAO governance.
  3. Experience with audit tools (Slither, Foundry, Echidna, Mythril).
  4. Fluent in both English and Chinese; experience supporting global business is preferred.
