Preferred qualifications:
- 4+ years experience in software development in one of more programming languages (such as C++, Rust, JavaScript & Python)
- Degree in Computer Science, Math or related field
Great to have experience:

- Rust (Familiarity with other low level programming languages such as C++ is also good)

As one of the first hires, we’re looking for engineers who can learn fast and are excited to play a core role in influencing the direction of a DeFi protocol.
We’re based in NYC and Miami though we are totally fine with a remote position.
What you’ll be doing:
- Being involved in protocol design
- Writing simple, high quality and secure smart contracts
- Write the libraries to interface with smart contracts
- Contributing back to some of the Solana codebase
- Working with security auditing firms to ensure safety of code
